The Knowledge of Female Students Regarding the Human Papilloma Virus and Vaccines at a Selected University in South Africa

Background: The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is one of the viruses that causes high mortality rates worldwide, and if not detected treated early, it may lead to fatal complications such as cervical cancer breast cancer. Purpose: aim this study was determine knowledge female students regarding its vaccines at a selected University in Limpopo Province, South Africa. Methods: A quantitative approach adopted cross-sectional descriptive study. target population all residing university residences on campus, sample size 310 determined. systematic sampling technique used select rooms students, self-administered questionnaire collect data.
